Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations including sales, inventory, and customer service.
- Lead and coordinate store team members to ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Monitor product quality, hygiene, and food safety according to company and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in achieving sales targets, controlling shrinkage, and managing operating expenses.
- Support stock management: ordering, receiving, storage, and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service recovery effectively.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly store performance reports to the Area/Store Manager.
- Ensure staff discipline, attendance, and adherence to company policies.
- Provide training, coaching, and motivation to store team members.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and an organized store environment.
- Min. High School/Vocational School’s degree (Hospitality, Retail Management, Business, or related field).
- Has at least 2–3 years of experience in retail or F&B operations, with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of food retail operations, inventory control, and customer service.
- Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving ability with a hands‑on and proactive approach.
- Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
