Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily store operations including sales, inventory, and customer service.
  • Lead and coordinate store team members to ensure compliance with operational standards.
  • Monitor product quality, hygiene, and food safety according to company and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in achieving sales targets, controlling shrinkage, and managing operating expenses.
  • Support stock management: ordering, receiving, storage, and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service recovery effectively.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly store performance reports to the Area/Store Manager.
  • Ensure staff discipline, attendance, and adherence to company policies.
  • Provide training, coaching, and motivation to store team members.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and an organized store environment.
Qualifications
  • Min. High School/Vocational School’s degree (Hospitality, Retail Management, Business, or related field).
  • Has at least 2–3 years of experience in retail or F&B operations, with supervisory responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of food retail operations, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving ability with a hands‑on and proactive approach.
  • Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
