Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for interpreting and translating working documents, operation manuals, training materials, emails, and meetings in Chinese, English, and Indonesian.
- As the communication hub within the team, ensure accurate and error-free information transmission among the management of the Chinese headquarters, the local Indonesian team, and store employees.
- Assist in overseeing and managing the daily operations of stores in the designated area to ensure compliance with the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Responsible for collecting and organizing the daily operational data of each store, including sales revenue, traffic counting, per customer transaction, product sales volume, cost, and inventory data, etc.
- Assist in the implementation of marketing and promotional activities formulated by headquarters.
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in Chinese, Indonesian, and English, capable of fluent written and oral communication, and accurate translation among the three languages.
- Bachelor's degree or above, with majors in business management, marketing, or language preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of work experience in operations, store management, or client server related to the catering, tea beverage, retail, or fast-moving consumer goods industries. Preference will be given to those with experience in the tea beverage industry. Fresh graduates with excellent language skills and strong learning abilities are also eligible to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with people from diverse cultural backgrounds. Possesses good stress tolerance and multitasking abilities, can adapt to a fast-paced work environment, and is adaptable to frequent business trips between local stores.
