Responsibilities
- Organizing classes and responding to the strengths and needs of the students during lessons.
- Assisting in the educational and social development of students under the direction and guidance of the school.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans in line with early childhood education standards.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student performance and well-being.
- Monitor and evaluate students progress and development.
- Coordinating events, activities, and school trips.
- Collaborate with other teachers to share ideas, approaches, and professional knowledge.
Qualifications
- Upholding Metta School's vision and missions, and in harmony with its values.
- Bachelor's Degree in early childhood education or a relevant field of study.
- Graduated from reputable university, with GPA min. 3.00
- High proficiency in the language of the applied subject and computer literate
- At least 1 year of experience in the area of employment is an advantage
- Responsible, fast learner and able to work in team
