Jobdesk:

Oversee daily store operations & supervise team
Drive sales & promotions to reach targets
Analyze weekly sales performance & promotion results
Build partnerships, manage sponsorships, and liaise with government institutions
Manage petty cash, SKU orders, and operational needs
Hire crew, coordinate shipments, and submit LOA to Director

Qualifications:

Min. Bachelor's Degree (S1) with 1–2 years experience as Store Manager/Supervisor in retail fashion
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia & English
Able to work under pressure with high integrity
Willing to be placed in Surabaya and rotate locations
