Job Descriptions:
- Lead and motivate the Field collections team to achieve targets
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
- Resolve escalated cases and support complex collections
- Ensure process adherence and compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to improve collection process and strategies
Requirements:
- Min. Education Diploma's Degree (D3)
- Proven experience in Field Collections or a similar leadership role minimum for 3 years
- Strong understanding of collections processes and regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage and mentor a team effectively
