The job holder will be responsible for maximizing department sales, leading to the achievement of store targets.

Job Description:

  • Achieve department sales targets and KPIs through effective team leadership and customer service excellence.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, take corrective actions to improve results.
  • Analyze sales trends and customer preferences to maximize department profitability.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to deliver outstanding service and meet performance standards.
  • Schedule and manage staff shift according to store traffic and operational needs.
  • Conduct regular team briefings and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure the department's visual presentation aligns with brand standards and seasonal guidelines.
  • Coordinate with the Visual Merchandiser to maintain attractive product displays and cleanliness.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure proper replenishment.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring professional and friendly service.
  • Handle customer complaints or feedback effectively and provide quick solutions.
  • Monitor stock movement, conduct regular stock takes, and report discrepancies.
  • Minimize stock losses through effective control and monitoring.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales, staff performance.
  • Ensure all operational SOP's, policies, and compliance requirements are followed.
  • Support store-level audits and operational reviews.
  • Act as a bridge between store management and department staff. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations.

Job Specification:

  • Min. Educational Background: Diploma Degree Bahasa Indonesia,
  • English (preferred)
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in retail fashion industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
