Job Requirement

  • Minimum bachelor's degree (any major).
  • Proficient in Japanese, minimum equivalent to JLPT N2 level.
    (Applicants with JLPT N3 level reading and writing skills will still be considered.)
  • Good command of Indonesian and Japanese (written and verbal).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team.
  • Willing to be based in BSD

Job Description

  • Serve as an interpreter for communication between Japanese expatriate staff and local employees during meetings, internal discussions, and client visits.
  • Translate documents, emails, and business materials from Japanese to Indonesian (and vice versa) accurately and professionally.
  • Assist Japanese sales staff with administrative and coordination tasks, including preparing reports, managing schedules, and liaising with local partners.
  • Provide language and cultural support to ensure smooth communication and effective collaboration.
  • Occasionally accompany Japanese staff for client meetings or external company visits when needed.
