Job Requirement
- Minimum bachelor's degree (any major).
- Proficient in Japanese, minimum equivalent to JLPT N2 level.
(Applicants with JLPT N3 level reading and writing skills will still be considered.) - Good command of Indonesian and Japanese (written and verbal).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team.
- Willing to be based in BSD
Job Description
- Serve as an interpreter for communication between Japanese expatriate staff and local employees during meetings, internal discussions, and client visits.
- Translate documents, emails, and business materials from Japanese to Indonesian (and vice versa) accurately and professionally.
- Assist Japanese sales staff with administrative and coordination tasks, including preparing reports, managing schedules, and liaising with local partners.
- Provide language and cultural support to ensure smooth communication and effective collaboration.
- Occasionally accompany Japanese staff for client meetings or external company visits when needed.
