About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our Engineering team. You will be responsible for the server-side of our web applications. If you have excellent programming skills and a passion for developing applications or improving existing ones, we would like to meet you. As a Software Engineer, you’ll work closely with our engineers to ensure system consistency and improve user experience. Ultimately, you should be able to develop and maintain functional and stable web applications to meet our company’s needs.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs.
  • Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) — design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that follows best practices.
  • Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Participate in code reviews and share knowledge with your teammates.
What You’ll Bring
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in backend software development.
  • Proficiency in Java and/or Golang; experience with Node.js is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile development practices.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.
  • A proactive mindset — you take ownership, ask questions, and seek better ways to do things.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
