- Gathering, analysis, and documentation of business requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications.
- Design and develop solution architectures to meet organizational IT needs.
- Manage and support the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for assigned projects.
- Perform business process analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop, review, and maintain software design and technical documentation.
- Implement Agile methodologies to ensure effective project delivery.
- Analyze business problems and propose effective, practical solutions.
- Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree (S1), any major, with experience in the IT field.
- Have at least 3 years experience as a System Analyst or in an equivalent position in a similar industry
- Analyze business problems and translate them into technical requirements
- Mastering Microsoft Office, SQL, system administration, programming languages, and applications.
- Conduct Business Requirement Analysis
- Design and develop Solution Architecture
- Perform Business Process Design and Continuous Improvement
- Create and review Software Design
- Able to think critically, communicate, conduct business analysis, be creative, and do planning.
- Able to design and provide new solutions to meet IT organizational needs.
- Apply and manage the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Understands general banking flow or has experience in banking IT.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
- Be creative and methodical in identifying problems and proposing effective solutions
- Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
- Willing to work onsite at Central Jakarta
