Job Description:

  • Implement company and product big vision, and drive into an action plan, and coordinate for product go to market strategy.
  • Responsible for Monetizing, Generate Revenue & Profit, Gain Traction for Loyalty product.
  • Engage with Corporate Customer, Partners, Aggregator, Tech Solutions, to meet Business KPI in Loyalty Product and Roadmap
  • Coordinate across departments to Ensure better Product, Features, Customer Experience, to Improve Loyalty Product & Business.
  • Manage a variety of project tasks from building BRD, defining backlog, making a clear action plan and prioritizing the activities, setting appropriate deadlines, preparing Go Live, and training to other stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Enjoy exploring and analyzing data of member, transaction, activities, campaign model, customer behavior for better growth.
  • Spending time in the market to understand market problems and find innovative solutions for the broader market.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of Professional Experience in Loyalty / Reward Product Development is a must.
  • Experience in using data visualization from Excel/Spreadsheets, to a BI analytic solution.
  • Pro-Active & Initiative, Good time management & planning skills with the ability to manage own priorities and output.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, experience producing presentations in a good manner.
