We are looking for a
Sales Admin & Analyst (Mandarin Speaker)
to join our team in Jakarta Office. You will be responsible to support the sales team to drive sales by providing adequate support by maintaining a comprehensive sales data analysis for timely & accurate reporting and efficient general administrative support to the sales department. Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Sales Support & Coordination:
    Assist the sales team with order processing, quotations, customer communication, and sales documentation.
  • Customer Interaction:
    Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and provide information to Mandarin-speaking customers via email, phone, or in person.
  • Translation & Communication:
    Translate documents or conversations between Mandarin and English as needed to bridge communication gaps.
  • CRM Management:
    Maintain, monitor, and update customer records database, sales data, and leads in the company's CRM or ERP systems.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    Prepare sales reports regularly, presentations, and internal documents; track sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Order & Logistics Coordination:
    Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Data Analysis:
    Completing an analysis of sales data to provide insights to the sales team
  • Stock inventory:
    Manage the flow of inventory to the depots against channel analysis and do stock checking regularly
  • Issue Resolution:
    Managing issue resolution and corrective action by coordinating with the related department on relevant issues arising in field sales
  • Assist with trade shows, workshops, workshop preparation, and organization
  • General administrative and office duties/meeting arrangements, including catering arrangements, expense voucher checking, office administration, and travel arrangements, etc.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Hospitality/Tourism Management, or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English &
    Mandarin
    (Speaking, Reading, Writing).
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience is required for this position or has experience as a Mandarin translator.
  • Having experience in the Hotel/Hospitality industries is an advantage
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, English, Statistics, Business Intelligence, Data, Administration, Sales
  • Advanced level in Microsoft Excel
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
