Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bartender in Gambir. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining bar supplies and inventory, and adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines. Additionally, the Bartender will interact with guests, provide a welcoming environment, and ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Qualifications
- Drink preparation and mixology skills, knowledge of classic and modern cocktails
- Customer service and communication skills
- Inventory management and supply maintenance
- Adherence to safety, health, and sanitation standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress effectively
- Previous bartending experience is preferred
- Food Handler's certification is a plus
- A passion for sustainability and a commitment to our company's values
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
