Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for acquiring new customers and maintaining relationships with existing ones.
  • Prepare pricing offers tailored to customer needs and market conditions.
  • Identify potential business opportunities and provide optimal logistics solutions.
  • Conduct detailed analysis related to shipment regulations, including goods classification, costs, and compliance.
  • Plan technical and operational handling flows before handing over tasks to the operations team.
  • Estimate and monitor shipment costs to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Oversee all shipment processes from start to finish.
  • Ensure smooth operations that meet timelines and service quality standards.
  • Serve as the liaison between shippers (customers) and internal departments, such as
    operations, finance
    , and other related divisions.
  • Identify and select high-quality vendors to support logistics operations.
  • Collaborate with government agencies, customs offices, port authorities, and other regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    3 years of experience
    as a
    Sales Freight
    professional in a
    Freight Forwarding
    company.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to acquire new business opportunities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with
    cross-functional departments
    (operations, finance, and management).
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to company systems, workflows, and logistics challenges.
  • Demonstrates flexibility to work
    independently
    with minimal supervision and effectively as part of a
    team
    .
  • English fluency, both verbal and written, is an added advantage for serving international clients.
