Job Desc :
- Develop a driver recruitment strategy and implement recruitment strategies to meet company needs
- Determine the right driver recruitment channel, whether through job portals, social media, campuses, or headhunting
- Driver Search and Selection
- Identify and attract potential driver candidates
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications to ensure they match job requirements
- Driver Interview and Assessment
- Conduct interviews with drivers
- Using a variety of interview methods, both direct interviews, telephone interviews, and competency-based interviews
- Carry out further assessments, for example through a test drive
- Coordination with Manager Team and Other Departments
- Analyze and Improve the driver hire process
- Compile reports about the driver hire process starting from Leeds, Bakloc and waiting for approval; Monitoring Market Trends for drivers online (visit , kopdar and share flyers)
Qualification :
- Have experience with the same position min 1 years
- Ability to work a team and independently
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skill
- Experience in star up company will be advantage
