Job Desc :

  • Develop a driver recruitment strategy and implement recruitment strategies to meet company needs
  • Determine the right driver recruitment channel, whether through job portals, social media, campuses, or headhunting
  • Driver Search and Selection
  • Identify and attract potential driver candidates
  • Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications to ensure they match job requirements
  • Driver Interview and Assessment
  • Conduct interviews with drivers
  • Using a variety of interview methods, both direct interviews, telephone interviews, and competency-based interviews
  • Carry out further assessments, for example through a test drive
  • Coordination with Manager Team and Other Departments
  • Analyze and Improve the driver hire process
  • Compile reports about the driver hire process starting from Leeds, Bakloc and waiting for approval; Monitoring Market Trends for drivers online (visit , kopdar and share flyers)

Qualification :

  • Have experience with the same position min 1 years
  • Ability to work a team and independently
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skill
  • Experience in star up company will be advantage
