Key Responsibilities:
· Provide managerial leadership to the cutting team to ensure required quality and quantity of cut pieces efficiently and delivered on time as required by each sewing line
· Organize deployment of resources (including labor and machine capacity) to ensure smooth running of the Cutting
· Monitor work environment to ensure that all aspects of the physical work environment and all aspects of employees' work practices comply with country, customer and Plant occupational health and safety standards and guidelines
· Review and approve daily cutting plan to ensure just-in-time delivery of required quality cut pieces to each sewing line
· Monitor and hold direct reports accountable for achieving planned output. Work with Cutting Supervisor & Cutting Leaders to re-allocate manpower as needed to ensure balanced cut piece supply to all sewing lines
· Monitor cutting efficiency and quality, and work with Cutting team to develop and implement improvement plans
Key Requirements:
· Experience in the same position and related field for minimum 5 years
· High School or Diploma Degree from any major
· Hands on operation of PC using Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Power Point
· Having experience with ladies' intimates bonding products, sport & active wear would be preference
· Know about tools, concepts and methodologies of cutting process in garment industry, especially underwear
· Capable of reading cutting plan
· Know about garment fabrics differences
· Understand and able to operate plotter & marker machine
· Understand and able to operate the cutting machine (Band Knife, Molding machine, HTL, etc.)
