KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
Retail Operations:
- Oversee daily operations of multiple brand store, ensuring each adheres to its unique SOPs and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate cross-brand operational strategies to optimize efficiency and customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal standards across all locations.
Sales & Business Performance:
- Set and monitor sales targets for each brand/store.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
- Collaborate with brand teams to execute promotions, campaigns, and seasonal activations.
Inventory & Merchandising
- Oversee inventory planning, stock levels, and replenishment across stores.
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand standards
- Coordinate with supply chain and merchandising teams for product launches and displays.
Brand Collaboration & Reporting
- Act as liaison between corporate teams and store operations for each brand.
- Provide regular performance reports to senior management.
- Represent the company in brand meetings, audits, and strategic planning sessions.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Lead and provide directions to MBS Team members, including Sales Supervisors and Visual Merchandising (VM) teams.
- Drive growth across all MBS channels by track sell-out performance by channel and brand; identify issues investigate root causes and coordinate with relevant departments to maximize result
- Communicate regularly and coordinate closely with MBS partners regarding operations, event support and promotional activities
- Coordinate daily with brand teams or promotions, VM installations, BA Freelancer Support, incentive programs and new store openings across all channel
- Maintain a through understanding of each brand's contract with MBS partners, recognizing variations in promotions and support terms
- Conduct regular store visits and market surveys, virtual training session for BA at MBS channels as needed
- Develop and maintain an effective reporting system for visit result by period and channel (daily and monthly reports, including total MBS updates)
- Monitor and control costs to ensure VM and promotional spending remains within' brand budgets
- Perform other ad-hoc task as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- At least 3 Years of having work experiences in Beauty/Cosmetic in the same position
- Having Experience in Brand Management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role
- Excellent leadership and people management abilities
- Exceptional communication, presentation and training skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient in English both Oral and Written (is A Mandatory)
- Well experience of Multi Brand Store (Ex: Sociolla, Sephora, Guardian, etc)
