Job Description – Sales Executive (Axis CCTV & Security Solutions)
Qualifications:
- Minimum
Diploma/Bachelor's degree
, preferably in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields. - At least
2 years of experience
in
B2B sales
, preferably in
CCTV, IT, Networking, or Security Systems
. Basic understanding of:
IP CCTV & VMS
solutions- Networking (LAN, WAN, IP, PoE)
Integrated security solutions (cameras, access control, audio, analytics)
Ability to conduct
product presentations and demonstrations
for end-users, integrators, and consultants.- Existing
network/relationships with system integrators, contractors, or end-users
will be an advantage. - Target-oriented
and experienced in working with sales targets and KPIs. - Strong
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
. - Willing to conduct
customer visits and business trips
. - Able to work
independently as well as in a team
. - Possession of a valid
driving license (SIM A/C)
is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in verticals such as
banking, retail, industrial, government, oil & gas, and data centers
. - Develop and execute
sales strategies and pipelines
for
CCTV Surveillance and Analytic
products and solutions. - Deliver
presentations, product demos, and solution recommendations
tailored to client needs. - Build and maintain strong relationships with
partners, distributors, system integrators, consultants, and end-users
. - Coordinate with the technical team to prepare
proposals, tenders, and proof of concept (POC)
. - Achieve and exceed assigned
sales targets and KPIs
