The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
- Melakukan sourcing kandidat Fitness Consultant, Customer Service, Fitness Consultant secara aktif melalui berbagai kanal (Jobstreet, LinkedIn, campus career center, komunitas, dll).
- Mengelola database kandidat dan melakukan screening awal sesuai kriteria posisi.
- Menjadwalkan dan membantu koordinasi interview massal (online maupun offline).
- Membantu pelaksanaan career fair, campus hiring, dan event rekrutmen lainnya.
- Melakukan administrasi rekrutmen, seperti updating tracker kandidat dan laporan harian.
- Berkolaborasi dengan HR & user terkait untuk memastikan kebutuhan rekrutmen terpenuhi.
- Mendukung aktivitas employer branding (konten sosial media, kampus partner, dll).
