  • Collect and compile campaign data from multiple sources (social media, CRM, growth).

  • Support Associates in preparing closing reports, presentations, or recap decks.
  • Maintain a well-organized archive of creative materials, assets, and reports.
  • Maintain campaign timelines, trackers, and status sheets to ensure all deliverables are on schedule.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Studio, Growth, Social Media, Private Label, Campaign) to follow up on asset progress.
  • Support campaign meetings by preparing recaps, notes, and action points.
  • Handle Purchase Orders, Purchase Reviews, invoices, vendor quotations, and budget reconciliation.
  • Track spending vs. allocation across campaigns and update the Brand Marketing budget tracker regularly.
  • Ensure all financial and procurement documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
  • Manage product sample requests and other third party logistics requirements.
  • Coordinate with vendors or agencies for materials, printing, or activation support.
  • Assist during offline activations or launch events when required.
  • 0–1 year experience in marketing, business administration, or related fields (fresh graduates welcome).
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
  • Prior internship or exposure to marketing coordination, reporting, or documentation is a plus.

- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and familiar with project management tools.
- Supports the Associate and Lead in campaign coordination, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and assets are tracked.
- Consolidates reports and inputs from multiple teams (social media, creative, growth, commercial) for campaign wrap-ups.
- Assists with basic data entry, performance compilation, and file organization for launch or campaign reviews.
Detail-oriented and dependable in managing documentation flow (briefs, feedback logs, creative approvals, etc.).
