Responsibilities:
- Translate documents, emails, and meeting discussions between Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Assist in communication between local and Chinese staff or clients.
- Handle administrative duties such as scheduling, filing, data entry, and document control.
- Support management in daily operational tasks and coordination.
- Assist with business correspondence, logistics arrangements, and meeting preparation.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all translations and office tasks.
- Fluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading, writing) and English/Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven experience as a translator, interpreter, or admin assistant preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Preferably with experience in a Chinese company or mining/construction/logistics industry (optional).
