  • Assist customers with order placement, payment issues, shipping updates, returns, and general inquiries.
  • Handle complaints and resolve issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Escalate complex cases to the relevant department while maintaining customer trust.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures.
  • Contribute to improving customer service processes and overall customer satisfaction.
