Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (social media, email, and digital ads).
- Communicate with potential clients, build strong relationships, and convert conversations into qualified leads and sales.
- Manage and maintain client databases through CRM systems, ensuring all interactions are well-documented and followed up.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging and on-brand promotional content.
- Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide strategic insights for continuous improvement.
- Conduct market and trend research to identify new opportunities and optimize marketing strategies.
- Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction after sales.
Qualifications
- Minimum Associate's Degree (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, Business Management, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in Digital Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong understanding of digital campaigns, social media management, and email marketing tools (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and able to think strategically under pressure.
- Organized, proactive, and creative — with a strong drive to grow alongside the team.
