Job Description:
- Plan, execute, and monitor Trade Marketing activities at store level to drive sales growth and brand visibility.
- Manage and implement Merchandising and Branding Activation, ensuring brand presence and compliance with marketing guidelines.
- Conduct market surveys, competitor analysis, and customer insights gathering, providing actionable reports.
- Oversee and improve promotional activities, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and internal teams.
- Track, analyse, and optimize marketing campaign performance to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Supervise a small team and provide coaching for performance improvement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) from a reputable university with a GPA > 3.2, preferably in Technical Majors.
- Male or Female, aged 24–30 years old, with a proactive mindset, strong analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills. Demonstrates leadership potential and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Merchandising, Branding & Promotion in a reputable company.
- Skilled in mentoring, delegating tasks, and driving team performance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet applications is a must.
- Fluency in English is a plus.
