Job Description:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor Trade Marketing activities at store level to drive sales growth and brand visibility.
  • Manage and implement Merchandising and Branding Activation, ensuring brand presence and compliance with marketing guidelines.
  • Conduct market surveys, competitor analysis, and customer insights gathering, providing actionable reports.
  • Oversee and improve promotional activities, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and internal teams.
  • Track, analyse, and optimize marketing campaign performance to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Supervise a small team and provide coaching for performance improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) from a reputable university with a GPA > 3.2, preferably in Technical Majors.
  • Male or Female, aged 24–30 years old, with a proactive mindset, strong analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills. Demonstrates leadership potential and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Merchandising, Branding & Promotion in a reputable company.
  • Skilled in mentoring, delegating tasks, and driving team performance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet applications is a must.
  • Fluency in English is a plus.
