We're looking for a driven
Sales Manager

In this role, you'll focus on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and converting prospects into long-term partners. You'll work closely with strategy, creative, and production teams to position the agency as the go-to partner for brands who want to connect with audiences through creators, content, and culture.

What you'll do

  • Lead business development efforts in
    Jakarta and across Indonesia
    , identifying and converting new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of
    FMCG, beauty, lifestyle, and fintech
    prospects.
  • Develop tailored proposals and pitch strategies that showcase creative solutions and ROI.
  • Partner with internal teams to craft compelling narratives that highlight the power of creator-led campaigns.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing deals and onboarding.
  • Strengthen long-term relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat growth.
  • Stay on top of market trends and competitor activity, spotting opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

What we're looking for

  • 4–6 years' experience in
    sales, business development, or partnerships
    , ideally in a media, creative, or digital environment.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing deals.
  • Strong understanding of the
    creator economy
    and how brands can leverage content and culture.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Strategic thinker who can translate client challenges into creative commercial opportunities.
  • Tenacious, target-driven, and motivated by building new relationships.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
