Job Summary
- Seeking a highly analytical and strategic Data & Business Analyst.
- Critical role in measuring, analyzing, and improving business performance across multiple operating companies within a holding company structure.
- Partner with senior leadership to:
- Develop standardized scorecards.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Drive data-driven decision-making to improve operational efficiency and strategic growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Measurement & Scorecard Development
- Design and implement standardized scorecards for operating companies and branches.
- Define and track KPIs aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure consistency in performance measurement across all entities.
Data Analysis & Business Insights
- Collect, analyze, and interpret financial and operational data.
- Identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide actionable insights through data storytelling, visualizations, and presentations.
Strategic Performance Management & Improvements
- Collaborate with leadership to align performance goals with corporate strategy.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Support budgeting and forecasting using performance data.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Work cross-functionally with finance, operations, and strategy teams.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards in performance reporting.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in relevant roles.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis and modeling.
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Knowledge of database structures, data mining, and ETL processes.
