PT. Cosmax Indonesia, established in 2011, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cosmax Inc. Korea, developing its business in Indonesia and Southeast Asia.
We specialize in ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) for new cosmetic product development and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) for existing products of brand companies.
As our business continues to grow rapidly, we are looking for 3 highly motivated professionals to join our team as:
Staff Marketing & Business Development Work Location: South Jakarta (TB. Simatupang)
Interview Process: Conducted offline in South Jakarta & Ciracas, East Jakarta.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience as Product Development in cosmetics toll manufacturing, beauty industry, or B2B pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of cosmetics/beauty trends and product development processes
- Proficiency in English (spoken & written) for global communication
- Skilled in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent in planning, organizing, and project management
- Highly motivated, passionate about cosmetics, with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Willing to be placed in South Jakarta (TB. Simatupang)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research on beauty industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities, providing proposals for new product development
- Identify and acquire potential B2B clients
- Support related teams by sharing client feedback, market insights, and product briefs
- Explore market expansion opportunities, including new markets and distribution channels
- Analyze marketing & sales data, monitor repeat order trends, and provide reports for business optimization
- Collaborate with agency, R&I team, SCM & Logistics, Production, and PPIC teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Achieve assigned marketing and business development targets
