Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor irradiation equipment and supporting utilities according to SOPs.
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs of facility systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, radiation shielding).
- Support calibration, validation, and safety checks to ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, and regulatory standards.
- Assist in product handling during the sterilization process, including loading/unloading carriers and monitoring irradiation parameters.
- Maintain accurate logs, maintenance records, and operational reports.
- Coordinate with QA, Admin, and others teams to ensure smooth and compliant facility operations.
- Support facility audits, safety drills, and emergency response procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School Diploma with a background in electrical engineering, Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience in industrial operations, utilities, or regulated facilities preferred (sterilization, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing).
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance, instrumentation, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with safety standards, radiation protection, and GMP/ISO systems is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.
- Willingness to work in shifts and comply with strict safety and regulatory protocols.
