Job Requirements

  • Min SMK in Food & Bevarages, Culinary of Art, Tourism & Travel or any relavant major
  • At least 2 years of experience as Chef (esp expertise korean and japan food)
  • Excellent knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Solid understanding of food costing and efficient ingredient management.
  • Creative, innovative, and up to date with the latest culinary trends.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and create new menus/products that meet company quality standards.
  • Prepare and present dishes with consistent taste, quality, and plating standards.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including inventory and stock management.
  • Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety compliance at all times.
  • Manage food cost effectively without compromising quality.
  • Handle and resolve kitchen or food-related issues directly.
