Chef (Freelance)
Job Requirements
- Min SMK in Food & Bevarages, Culinary of Art, Tourism & Travel or any relavant major
- At least 2 years of experience as Chef (esp expertise korean and japan food)
- Excellent knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Solid understanding of food costing and efficient ingredient management.
- Creative, innovative, and up to date with the latest culinary trends.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and create new menus/products that meet company quality standards.
- Prepare and present dishes with consistent taste, quality, and plating standards.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including inventory and stock management.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety compliance at all times.
- Manage food cost effectively without compromising quality.
- Handle and resolve kitchen or food-related issues directly.
