Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Engineering Mentor. The position is based in West Jakarta, with some work from home being acceptable. The Engineering Mentor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students in their academic and career pursuits. Day-to-day tasks include one-on-one mentoring sessions, developing curriculum strategies, conducting academic assessments, providing feedback, and helping students explore and plan their career paths. Additionally, the mentor will help students engage in real-world engineering projects and experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in Engineering disciplines
- Excellent mentoring and communication skills
- Ability to develop engaging curriculum and academic strategies
- Experience with academic assessments and providing constructive feedback
- Understanding of career planning and exploration
- Proficiency in project management and real-world application of engineering concepts
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
