  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve production processes to maximize efficiency, minimize waste, and reduce costs while maintaining product quality.

  • Monitor daily production activities to ensure that processes are followed correctly, production schedules are met, and any deviations are addressed promptly.

  • Responsible for on-site technical work related to trial production import: including quality control, process support, especially support for testing processes of wireless communication modules and PCBA products, and responsible for factory import audit and docking work;

  • Collaborate with cross - functional teams such as R&D, Order and Planning, Procurement, and maintenance to ensure that production processes are supported by appropriate resources, equipment, and materials.

  • Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all production processes and ensure that all employees are trained on and adhere to these procedures.

  • Oversee the inspection and testing of incoming materials, in - process products, to ensure compliance with quality standards.

  • Investigate and resolve quality issues, including customer complaints, and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.

  • Monitor and analyze quality data, such as defect rates and inspection results, to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Obtained a bachelor's degree, with a background in electronics, communications, and other engineering fields,English can be used as working languages;

  • More than 5 years of work experience in electronic communication products, understanding of basic supply chain processes, familiar with SMT and consumer electronics processes and production techniques

  • Understand wireless communication product testing related technologies and be familiar with production quality management;

  • Adapt to business trips.
