Requirements:

·       Minimum 5 years in Project Sales Manager / Business Development for architecture or interior project,

·       Excellent communication, negotiation skills to build trusting relationships with customers, Goal driven and self-motivated

·       FLUENT IN MANDARIN IS A MUST (spoken and written), english is a Plus

·       Preferably have a technical background (architect or interior)

·       Experience in doing presentations, preparing proposal and tender

·       Able to work independently as well as in a team

·       Have a wide networking with consultants, project owners, etc

·       Strong networking abilities and proven experience working with architect, developers and contractors.

·       Strong technical knowledge of construction materials, building solutions and project management

·       Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver results

Experience for process of prepare materials, packets, and presentations for meetings.

·       Experience to organize logistics of internal/external meetings (venue, schedule, budgeting, agenda, etc).

·       Familiar use software tools (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Google Workspace, etc.).

Job Description:

·       Look for interior and customs furniture project

·       Acquire new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

·       Overseeing customer account management, negotiating contracts, and agreements to maximize profit

·       Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

·       Represent the company at industry events and build a strong network within the local market

·       Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts to measure performance and identify areas for improvement

·       Create quotation, negotiation, and closing

·       Act as project manager: coordinate meetings, align tasks, and follow up on execution.

·       Act as point of contact between BOD, clients, employees, and stakeholders.

·       Responsible for process of prepare materials, packets, and presentations also complain from customers.

·       Responsible to organize logistics of internal/external meetings (venue, schedule, budget and agenda and etc).

·       Chase responses to requests/emails and draft correspondence.

·       Provide expert technical advice and solutions to customers to meet their project needs
