- Translate internal company documents from Mandarin to Indonesian/English and vice versa.
- Act as an interpreter in any discussions involving HR and Mandarin-speaking employees or management.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between the HR team and Chinese employees to prevent misunderstandings.
- Assist the HR team in handling administrative matters.
- Ensure that all translated documents are accurate, culturally appropriate, and aligned with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all employees and company information in accordance with company policies and professional standards.
