IAF is looking for an IT Engineer to drive the architecture and execution of our lending ecosystem (BNPL, cash loans, and more).

What You'll Do:

Engineering direction & architecture decisions

Guide system design, third-party integrations, & delivery

Collaborate with Product, Risk, and Compliance teams

Foster a strong, growth-oriented engineering culture

What We're Looking For:

5+ years in software engineering

Strong backend architecture (Java, Go, )

Cloud expertise (AWS, GCP, Alibaba Cloud)

Familiar with Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines

Strong in system design & cross-team collaboration

Experience with Loan Origination System (LOS) & Loan Management System (LMS)
