We are looking for a reliable IT Support who will ensure smooth day-to-day technical operations across the company. This role covers management of hardware assets, IT infrastructure, digital tools, and employee working accounts, as well as providing support in manual testing for product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
IT Hardware & Infrastructure
Install, configure, and maintain company hardware (PCs, laptops, monitors, digital furniture, and related equipment).
- Manage and monitor internet connections, WiFi networks, and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
Ensure proper upkeep and secure usage of all IT equipment.
Asset Management & Administration
Maintain accurate bookkeeping of IT assets, including inventory records, assignment, and return processes.
- Document asset lifecycle, ensuring accountability and proper asset tracking.
Support budgeting and procurement processes for IT tools and equipment.
Digital Tools & Accounts Management
Administer and manage user accounts across working platforms (e.g., Jira, GitHub, communication tools, and other company software).
- Ensure secure access control and account lifecycle management (onboarding, offboarding, and updates).
Provide user support for account-related issues.
Quality Assurance (QA) Support
Perform basic manual testing of applications and platforms to identify bugs or usability issues.
- Report findings clearly and collaborate with QA teams to resolve them.
- Support continuous improvement of testing processes and documentation.
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in IT support and system administration
- Strong knowledge of hardware & network setup, troubleshooting, and management.
- Min 4 years of experience
