Job Description


• Prepare and supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.


• Ensure compliance with PSAK/IFRS, taxation, and related regulations.


• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and hotel cash flow.


• Develop and monitor internal control systems and audits.


• Lead, train, and evaluate the accounting & finance team.


• Coordinate with the General Manager and other departments to synchronize financial data.


• Control revenue collection, vendor payments, and hotel operating expenses.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance.


• Minimum 5 years of experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role (preferably in hospitality).


• Familiar with and accustomed to using accounting/hotel systems.


• Strong knowledge of hotel accounting systems and tax regulations.


• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.


• High integrity, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
