Responsibilities:
Responsible for the development and maintenance of distributors and local agents in Indonesia;
- Build and manage ITC market channels and traditional communication accessories channels to expand sales coverage;
- Develop sales strategies and annual targets, and oversee their implementation;
Conduct regular market research, collect competitor information and channel feedback to optimize strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing or a related field;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in channel/distribution sales, preferably from the communication, 3C, or smart hardware industry;
- Good understanding of the ITC market ecosystem and communication accessories distribution in Indonesia;
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation, CRM, and teamwork;
- Willingness to travel frequently and perform intensive fieldwork.
