  • Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the development and maintenance of distributors and local agents in Indonesia;

  • Build and manage ITC market channels and traditional communication accessories channels to expand sales coverage;
  • Develop sales strategies and annual targets, and oversee their implementation;
  • Conduct regular market research, collect competitor information and channel feedback to optimize strategies.

  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing or a related field;

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in channel/distribution sales, preferably from the communication, 3C, or smart hardware industry;
  • Good understanding of the ITC market ecosystem and communication accessories distribution in Indonesia;
  • Strong skills in communication, negotiation, CRM, and teamwork;
  • Willingness to travel frequently and perform intensive fieldwork.
