Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Coordination & Management: Plan, schedule, and manage multiple weekly Live sessions per creator. Act as the main point of contact, liaising with internal teams to align on content themes, campaign timelines, and deliverables.
  • Onboarding & Creator Development: Guide new creators through our best-practice playbook, training them on platform features, advanced engagement techniques, and compliance policies.
  • Cross-Functional Campaign Management: Collaborate closely with Marketing, Brand Partnerships, and Content teams to integrate sponsorships and campaigns seamlessly into live streams.
  • Performance Analysis & Strategy: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics. Prepare weekly dashboards and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize content and boost ROI.
  • Quality & Compliance Assurance: Review live stream outlines and scripts to ensure 100% adherence to platform community guidelines and brand safety standards.
  • Process Innovation: Host and participate in regular knowledge-sharing sessions to brainstorm new growth strategies and refine internal workflows.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications):
  • Proven experience in influencer management, live-stream coordination, talent management, or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A data-driven mindset; comfortable using data analysis tools to derive insights from raw data and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia (Fluent) and English (Professional Proficiency).
  • A natural relationship-builder who can maintain positive rapport with creators and stakeholders.
  • Technical familiarity with livestreaming tools and a basic understanding of audio/lighting setups.
  • A proactive problem-solver who can anticipate risks and implement effective solutions.
Online Discussion Topics:

Candidates selected for an online discussion will be expected to demonstrate their strategic and operational expertise through a discussion of the following key areas:

  • Gen Z Engagement Strategies: Presenting concrete and innovative strategies to attract more Gen Z users to a live-streaming platform, moving beyond established tactics.
  • Algorithm Expertise: Demonstrating a deep, functional knowledge of how the TikTok algorithm operates, specifically for LIVE content, and how to leverage it for growth.
  • Conflict Resolution & Management: Providing a specific, detailed example of a past conflict with a Creator and the steps taken to resolve it effectively while maintaining a professional relationship.
  • Performance Measurement Framework: Explaining a comprehensive methodology for measuring content performance, defining clear key success metrics, and interpreting analytics.
  • Portfolio Management Experience: Detailing the scale of hands-on experience, including the number of creators managed to date and the scope of those responsibilities.
  • Strategic Motivation for Joining LIVOOTH: Articulating a clear understanding of the benefits and advantages of moving to LIVOOTH, both for yourself and for the creators you manage. This includes a transparent plan for the transition of any current managed creators.
  • Business Acumen: Discussing the mechanisms of revenue generation within live-streaming ecosystems, specifically how platforms like TikTok create and capture value.
