Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any major
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
- 3–5 years of experience in Asset Management (Office/Fixed Asset) and Facilities Management
- Strong proficiency in Excel and common formulas
- Good communication, interpersonal skills, and analytical thinking
- Strong two-way communication with peers, internal & external stakeholders
- High attention to detail to maintain accurate asset records
- Having an HSE / General K3 (Occupational Safety Expert) Certification is a plus.
- Ensure all office assets are accurately recorded according to their asset class
- Register all office assets manually and conduct stock opname checks based on asset location
- Create asset codes, applications/internal memos for asset disposal and lost office assets
- Possess knowledge of building facilities, maintenance, and managing office work environment & office facilities
- Support GA Section in daily operations and handle other ad-hoc tasks from the superior (Head/Director in charge)
