Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree or higher in Hydrology, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in water resource management, hydrological modeling, or environmental consulting.
Proficient in hydrological and hydraulic modeling tools (e.g., HEC-RAS, SWMM, MIKE SHE, MODFLOW, ArcGIS).
Strong analytical background with knowledge of data analysis tools (Python, SQL, Power BI, or similar).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in project management or digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
