Job Description

This position is responsible for developing and executing marketing, promotional strategies within the gaming industry, with a primary focus on user acquisition, talent hiring, and brand publishing. The role requires the ability to create and implement effective digital campaign strategies (ads, video, and social media) aimed at attracting new users, while analyzing campaign performance through a data-driven approach — covering conversion rates, user acquisition costs, and overall campaign effectiveness. Additionally, this role includes talent recruitment and collaboration, involving streamers, content creators, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to promote games through streaming activities, social media engagement, and community events.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop effective user acquisition strategies to increase new user growth across various digital channels (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube, and influencer marketing).

● Design and execute digital and video ad campaigns tailored to gaming audiences, while analyzing campaign performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, retention rate, etc.).

● Optimize advertising budgets and measure the ROI of each marketing campaign to ensure cost efficiency and maximum results.

● Conduct talent hiring for game promotions — including streamers, casters, KOLs, and content creators.

● Coordinate with influencer agencies and gaming communities to organize promotions, streaming events, and new content launches.

● Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both internal and external roles supporting marketing and community initiatives.

● Develop and implement hyperlocal marketing strategies to drive product adoption across various Southeast Asian markets.

● Lead publishing, advertising, and regional media initiatives from planning to performance analysis.

● Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, user needs, and competitor strategies.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with gaming communities, streamers, and KOLs to strengthen brand loyalty and visibility.

● Manage cross-departmental projects (content, design, and product teams) to ensure every campaign is executed on time and meets performance targets.

Job Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.

● Experience in digital marketing, user acquisition, business development, or publishing management.

● Proven experience in designing and executing digital marketing campaigns, including video ads, influencer marketing, and community-driven initiatives.

● Strong data analysis skills to evaluate ad performance and user behavior.

● Experience in talent recruitment, influencer outreach, or collaborations with KOLs/streamers within the gaming industry.

● Proficient in using digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, or any other advertising platform.

● Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and cultures.

● Detail-oriented, creative, and results-driven with a data-focused mindset.

● A strong passion for gaming, digital entertainment trends, and player communities in Indonesia and Southeast Asia.
