Job Descriptions
- Manage office facilities, utilities, and assets (maintenance, supplies, equipment).
- Handle procurement and vendor management for office needs.
- Support company events, travel arrangements, and employee activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Maintain records related to GA operations (contracts, asset lists, inventory).
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners as required.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any field (Administration, Management, or related is preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in GA/office administration.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, honest, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
