Job Descriptions

  • Manage office facilities, utilities, and assets (maintenance, supplies, equipment).
  • Handle procurement and vendor management for office needs.
  • Support company events, travel arrangements, and employee activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
  • Maintain records related to GA operations (contracts, asset lists, inventory).
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners as required.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any field (Administration, Management, or related is preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in GA/office administration.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication, honest, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
