Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Mandarin-speaking team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records
- Assist with the translation and interpretation of Mandarin-Indonesia/English documents and communications
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless information flow and efficient task completion
- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures
What we're looking for
- Minimum graduate of SMA/SMK or equivalent
- Fluency in Mandarin, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
