REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Human Capital or HR leadership roles, preferably within the service industry.
  • Proven ability to integrate human capital strategies with business objectives, ensuring alignment with management direction and organizational growth targets.
  • Strong capacity to apply creative problem-solving and best practices in workforce planning, talent development, and organizational design to support business transformation.
  • Excellent ability to influence and negotiate with management and key stakeholders, building consensus and driving decision-making that supports both people and business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated success in leading culture transformation, performance management, and leadership development initiatives that enhance engagement and operational excellence.
  • Solid understanding of labor laws, HR systems, and performance management frameworks to ensure compliance and business agility.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with a focus on results and sustainable impact.
