The main responsibility is to manage, control, and monitor below scope of work:
HR & Personnel
- Talent acquisition, training and development, yearly performance management & competency assessment
- Insurance, compensation & benefit
- Negotiation team of collective labor agreement, LKS bipartite, dispute resolution in industrial relation
General Affairs, CSR & PR
- Building maintenance, security & permit, and other services (transportation, canteen, operational car, etc)
- Public relation matter such as press release, company website, company magazine, and other media
- Community awareness & development
