Job Responsibilities:- Conduct in-depth market research on heavy equipment such as excavators, forklifts, construction cranes, and mining trucks to support the company's product localization efforts in Indonesia and ensure alignment with local market needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate market research findings into product development directions, driving optimization and innovation of localized products.
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering
- Experience in the heavy equipment industry with a strong understanding of product characteristics and market dynamics.
- In-depth understanding of control theory (PID controller), sensors, actuators, and control loops.
- Understanding Electrical-Hydraulic-Mechanical Interconnections.
- Proficient in reading schematic diagrams, wiring diagrams, ladder diagrams, and P&IDs
- Proficiency in English, with strong communication skills for daily operations, business negotiations, and technical documentation.
- Strong market sensitivity and analytical skills to efficiently carry out research tasks.
- Proactive work attitude, strong team spirit, and high adaptability.
