About the role

PT.KANGDING KONSTRUKSI INDONESIA is seeking a full-time Clerk to join our team in our Cengkareng Jakarta office. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual to contribute to the success of our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintaining and updating various records and databases
  • Providing administrative support to the wider team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and assisting with filing and document organisation
  • Performing general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry
  • Assisting with the organisation and coordination of team events and activities

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate in English
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
