Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Min. 1-2 years of experience in a similar Partnerships role.
- Proficiency in Google Office tools and web-based productivity tools.
- Experience in fast-paced commercial environments
- Having technology knowledge is an advantage.
- Having English capability (write/speak/listen actively)
Job description:
Partnership Admin Support:
Prepare and/or review the required documents regarding partnership, such as proposal, legal contracts/agreements, administrative for ensuring clear expectations.
- Managing the signed contracts (online/offline), deliver the contracts, ensure the contracts is received
- Create meeting schedules within Partners
Send correspondence (meeting minutes/relevant docs) to Partners
Partnership Relationship Support:
Proactively follow up and engage with the current Grivy's Partners (retailers, lower funnel such as telco, OTT player, and upper funnel/ad platform) for exploring and sustaining the partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with retailers/other partners to understand their needs and challenges.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and resolving any issues that arise.
- Regularly communicate with partners to share updates, gather feedback, and maintain alignment.
Execute, supervise and monitor Grivy's Partner(s) delivery regarding online and/or offline projects (including events or seminar/summit/conferences).
Commercial Support from Partnership:
Develop required proposals and media package related to Partner's collaboration with Grivy services
- Meet the Sales and/or Channel Team of the Grivy's Partners to update on Grivy's product solution, through online and/or offline meetings also over platform like outreach.
Align internally with the Grivy's Team (sales/campaign/data/marketing/customer support team) regarding the collaborated and agreed Partner's products and services for Grivy, in all sales cycle: pre-sales/post-sales.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular reports and presentations on partnership performance, sales trends, and ROI.
- Utilize data and analytics to track the effectiveness of partnership programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market research and competitor analysis.
