What will you do:
Track orders, update order status and support procedures for customers to complete payment records
Support payment, reconcile debts with related parties (VF/Bank/Customer)
Control contracts, agreements, documents according to regulations
Control the process and coordinate implementation steps with VinFast from ordering to delivering cars to customers, control the list of credit loan customers with the Bank who are entitled to interest rate support ensuring the implementation process between the parties is effective and fast
Requirements:
Experience in sales administration or sales management is crucial.
Proficiency in CRM and office software, experience in sales administration, and a proven ability to motivate a team, track performance, and meet sales targets.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative tasks.
Good in English and communication
