We're looking for a
Finance
who loves the creative world but thinks in numbers. If you're someone who can bring structure to chaos, translate vision into viable budgets, and help creative teams operate with financial confidence – this could be your next role.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the agency, including
budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management - Collaborate with department leads to
plan project budgets
and ensure profitability across clients and campaigns - Build and maintain
financial reports
that give leadership real-time insight into agency performance - Manage
client billing, vendor payments etc in
collaboration with our internal team - Handle
client communications related to finance
, including responding to inquiries via email or chat professionally and promptly - Draft and manage
collaboration contracts and agreements
with clients, ensuring alignment with project scopes and payment terms - Lead
month-end and year-end close processes
, working with external consultant when needed - Develop internal processes that balance
financial discipline with creative flexibility - Support new business efforts by contributing to pricing models and
scopes of work
What You Bring
- min. 2 years of experience in
financial planning and analysis
, ideally in an agency, production company, or creative services environment - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- Strong understanding of
project-based financial models
(hourly, fixed-fee, retainer) - Experience with
client communication
, including basic contract terms and client servicing - Proficiency in tools like
Google Sheets, and accounting software
(e.g., Accurate) - Comfortable working cross-functionally with creatives, account leads, and producers
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and process-driven – but also flexible and unflappable
- A collaborative mindset and a calm, proactive approach to problem-solving
- Surabaya based, full WFO
