Location: Sidoarjo, East Java.

Salary: IDR 6,000,000 – IDR 8,000,000.

Job Description

This role involves a broad range of responsibilities in electrical and mechanical maintenance, technical support, and training across the company’s production lines.

Responsibilities

• Local talent development and retention.
• Technical optimisation and implementation of pilot line equipment.
• On‑site troubleshooting and repair of electrical faults in production line equipment.
• Provide training to operators on equipment usage and maintenance.
• Implementation of scheduled maintenance for the production line electrical system.
• Participation in daily equipment management tasks.
• Control and implementation of preventive maintenance activities in the electrical service division.
• Monitor MTTR, MTBF and savings in power consumption.
• Control the use of electrical parts and ensure timeliness of preventive maintenance implementation.

Requirements

• Major in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent background).
• Capable of reading and interpreting electrical engineering drawings and building basic circuits.
• Familiar with commonly used components in electrical engineering.
• Hold a Low‑Voltage Electrician Certificate.
• On‑site maintenance and repair skills with experience on machinery (e.g., tobacco machinery).
• Strong English communication skills (additional point).
• Background or work experience in electrical field for at least 2 years.
• Understanding of electrical standards, wiring diagrams, basic PLC & HMI, and K3 standards for electrical equipment installation.
• Discipline and good communication skills.
• Willingness to work shift hours.
